Well done to the girls for the effort and commitment they've shown this year. There improvement is fantastic and I hope they can do the same in 2008!

Also thank you to the parents for your support and backing since the ladies program began, it makes a huge impact.

And finally thank you to Kate and Rachael who give their time and effort to help the girls on a weekly basis!

Nomads AWAY this Saturday!

Ladies we are playing Chester Nomads at Boughton Hall Cricket Club this Saturday morning - 10.00 for 10.30 KO. Please wear your Waverton kit with tracksuit over as changing rooms may not be available. Girls with no KIT, Lee will bring spare!

Due to bad weather the game for tomorrow has been cancelled. We are also unable to train due to Waverton fields being closed for the weekend.

This Weekend!

Ladies v. Oldies: playing at Waverton. 10.00 for 10.30 kick off. Girls should bring their Waverton tops and any other kit cos I think we're having a team photo to go on the website.

Trip to Redditch. Here's what we need to know:

Meet at Waverton Village Hall for 10-10.15am Sunday 2nd Dec. Coach leaves promptly at 10.30am. We are going to be at the ground for 12.45ish. Bring packed lunch and drinks. Wear kits if possible (track suit bottoms and those who have them winter training tops) and trainers. Make sure you're warm enough. Bring a change of suitable footwear and socks as they might get wet during a kick around (in trainers) before the match and at half-time. Boots don't seem to be required.
We should be back between 6 and 7. Hopefully most of the girls will have mobile phones to contact parents for lifts home from Waverton.

We may need an extra £1 from everyone to cover costs, but I'm sure we can all stretch to that.

It should be a great weekend of Football!

Training 3rd November

Training is normal time on Saturday so can all players arrive for 10:25am and wrap up if its cold!

Also could you have a YES/NO in regards to the Birmingham City game against Bristol Academy on the 2Nd December. Cost will be approximately £10 for coach and refreshments and I'm sure it will be well worth it........

I'm currently in the process of oraganising matches so I will update as soon as confirmed.

Pre-Season training is Here!

Wednesday 5th September will be the U14 Ladies first training session for season 07/08. Please arrive at 18:15 for a 18:30 start and we will train till 19:30. Players are reminded to bring normal kit and a drink! See you there.........

Ladies end of season party this Thursday!

The U14 ladies party has changed day and venue due to availability. We will be meeting 6:15pm @ Ten-pin bowling on Sealand Road this Thursday evening! See you there.

The team will be participating in the Cheshire league with all games to be played at Cheshire F.A. fields @ Moss Farm, Northwich

Training is currently at Waverton Playing fields 9:30am till 10:30am every Saturday. Players are reminded to arrive 10 minutes prior with full training kit.
