Details for Wallasey Wanderers game Sept 12

We begin our League campaign on Saturday with an away game at Wallasey Wanderers. The game will be played in Liscard in Wirral at a playing field known locally as The Delph.

The game kicks off at 11:00 as there is a game between Wallasey Wanderers' other team and Greenleas earlier. Please meet there at 10:30.

Cara and Caitlin are unavailable but all other players are asked to confirm their availability by clicking on the poll on the right or by tel/text Mike on 07901552261 or by email

The name of the field is Withensfield Playing Field and is on Rake Lane in Wallasey. Postcode is CH45 5DP

The best way is to take the M53 right to its end (past junction 1) following signs for the Wallasey Tunnel and All Docks and then when the road splits follow the signs for All Docks and make sure that you do not instead take the Tunnel lane. It is well sign posted but you need to be aware as the split happens quickly and you need to move over lanes to the right. You come down to a roundabout. Turn left, go straight on over lights and follow the road into the Liscard Village centre. Its a one way system, follow it left and then right. Follow the road, it bends slightly left and ignore turning off left or right. This is Rake Lane. The field is on the right a little way along this road.

Park on Rake lane and go through the gate between the houses onto the field.
